Falcon Mall, Thrissur is a large-scale commercial project where Green Interio Fusion delivered specialised architectural glass, structural support and interior glass solutions. The project brought together advanced glazing techniques, custom MS fabrication, large-format automatic entrance systems and precision-fabricated aluminium elements to create a contemporary commercial environment.

The project reflects Green Interio Fusion's ability to coordinate multiple specialised works within a single commercial development, with particular emphasis on the building's curved glass façade and distinctive geometric aluminium detailing.

About the Project

Falcon Mall presented an opportunity to create a contemporary commercial façade combining glass, structural support and architectural detailing. Green Interio Fusion was involved in key glass and architectural works across the project, with the curved façade becoming one of the most distinctive elements of the overall design.

A major focus of the execution was the integration of spider glazing with a custom-engineered MS frame support system. This approach allowed the required curved architectural appearance to be achieved without attempting to awkwardly bend the glass sheets.

The project also incorporated large automatic sliding glass doors, triangular perforated aluminium panels and office glass partitions, bringing together functional requirements and modern architectural expression.

Scope of Work

1.MS Frame Work

Green Interio Fusion executed a custom MS frame support system as part of the structural solution for the curved façade. The support framework provided the required structural base for the specialised glazing while helping achieve the intended architectural form of the building.

2.Spider Glazing

Spider glazing was one of the key architectural elements of the Falcon Mall project. The system was implemented across the expansive curved façade, creating a contemporary glass elevation with a clean and refined visual appearance.

The glazing solution was coordinated with the supporting MS frame system to accommodate the architectural geometry of the façade.

3.Automatic Sliding Doors

Large automatic sliding glass doors, exceeding 4 metres in height, were incorporated into the project to create a prominent entrance suited to the scale of the commercial development.

The large-format entrance system combines visual openness with convenient movement for visitors entering the mall.

4.Aluminium Perforated Sheet

Intricate triangular perforated aluminium panels were used as a distinctive architectural feature of the project. The geometric perforation pattern adds texture and visual depth to the façade while complementing the surrounding glass elements.

The precision-fabricated aluminium panels contribute to the contemporary identity of the commercial structure.

5.Office Room Partition

Glass office partitions were also executed as part of the project. These partitions provide functional separation within office areas while maintaining visual openness and a modern interior appearance.
