The scope of work was carefully planned to balance visual transparency, structural integrity, and long-term performance across both interior and exterior zones of the property.
A key highlight of the project was the execution of advanced spider glass works in Kerala, incorporating both fin spider glazing and non-fin spider glazing systems. These solutions were selected to deliver maximum openness while maintaining structural precision and safety. Fixed glass works were seamlessly integrated throughout the building, allowing natural light to flow freely and enhancing the overall spatial experience for guests.
ACP works were executed with a focus on clean lines and weather-resistant finishes, contributing to the hotel’s modern exterior identity. Pergola glass installations were designed to create elegant transitional spaces, offering protection from the elements while preserving an open, airy feel. Supporting these installations, MS structural frame works were engineered to provide robust load-bearing strength, ensuring stability across all glass and façade elements.
